By visiting raptrstore.com, creating your Raptr Store account, or using the Services, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice, to the extent permitted by law. Raptr Games Pte. Ltd., 68 Circular Road, #02-01 Singapore (049422), is the “data controller” of your information collected in connection with the Raptr Store services.

You may share personal information when using Raptr Store, for example when you create an account, add items to your cart, complete a purchase, use Raptr Wallet, or contact support. When you participate in community features (e.g. Discord linked to Raptr Store) or contact us via social media (including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp), that information may be collected, used, or disclosed in line with those features.

Personal Information Raptr Store Collects About You

Personal Data includes any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include Personal Data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data, e.g. your IP Address).

We obtain information about you through several means that will be discussed below when we provide the Raptr Store services. Please note that we need certain information in order to provide these services. In the absence of such information, or upon deletion of information, you may no longer be able to access or use the Raptr Store services.

When you register for Raptr Store services; upload, purchase, view, or download certain content or products from the Raptr Store services; enter contests or sweepstakes; register for or attend a live (in-person) event; or otherwise use the features and functionality of Raptr Store Services, you may provide a variety of information about yourself to us, such as your name, voice, or image, Raptr Store username, email address, postal mailing address, telephone number, credit card number, and billing information. This also includes transactional data such as order numbers and transaction history, as well as communications you exchange with us through the website, email, or social media platforms like WhatsApp.

When you access the Raptr Store services or open one of our emails, we automatically record and store certain information about your system by using cookies and other types of technologies. Examples of such information we automatically collect include Internet Protocol address (“IP Address”), a unique user ID, device and browser types and identifiers, referring and exit page addresses, software and system type, and information about your usage of Raptr Store services.

When Raptr Store Discloses Personal Information

We take the security of your personal information seriously. Raptr Store does not sell your personal information. We share data only as described here and with Raptr Games Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates.

To enable us to provide our services, we may share your information with trusted third parties, such third parties include financial institutions, payment processors, verification services, as well as any third parties that you have directly authorized to receive your Personal Data including courier service providers.

We share Personal Data with third party business partners when this is necessary to provide our products and/or services. Examples of third parties to whom we may disclose Personal Data for this purpose are banks and payment method providers (such as credit card networks) when we provide payment processing services.

We may disclose information where we believe in good faith it is necessary to comply with applicable laws (including Pakistani and Singaporean law), or to respond to a court order, government request, subpoena, or warrant.

You may decline to share certain information with Raptr Store, in which case we may not be able to provide some features. If you have a Raptr Store account, you may update your profile information and preferences or disable your account via the settings page.

Account Closure and Deletion

If you would like to close your account and delete your profile information, go to our Discord channel and raise a ticket. We will retain certain information as permitted or required by law for activities such as tax, accounting, or legal work.

The Raptr Store services may link to third-party websites or services (such as Discord, Steam, or game publishers). The privacy practices of those third parties are not governed by this Privacy Notice. We encourage you to review their policies.

Data Security and Payment Safety

Raptr Store uses a variety of managerial, technical, and physical measures to protect your information. We implement access control measures (physical and virtual), security protocols, policies and standards to ensure that our security infrastructures are in compliance with reasonable industry standards.

We ensure the maintenance of organizational, technical and administrative measures designed to protect Personal Data within our organization against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration or misuse.

We have also put in place procedures to deal with any suspected Personal Data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

Payment Security: All sensitive payment information is processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card details on our own servers.

Retention of Your Information

We will only retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for. This includes for example the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, reporting requirements, to carry out legal work, for the establishment or defence of legal claims.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services, comply with our legal and statutory obligations or verify your information with a financial institution. Typically, transactional records are retained for up to 7 years.

Children's Privacy

IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE, THEN YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS THE RAPTR SERVICES AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER.

Raptr Store does not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from persons under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take steps to delete it immediately. Parents can contact us via Discord to request account termination for minors.

International Data Transfers

Information collected by Raptr Store may be stored and processed in your region, or in any other country where Raptr Store or its affiliates maintain facilities. We take appropriate measures to ensure your information is protected adequately in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
